Every week, we gather for 1.5 hours of intensive group work to practice:
  • QA Interviews:
    • Crafting your QA pitching speech when asked, "Describe yourself"
    • Answering open-ended questions about test strategies
    • Responding to common HR screening questions like "Why did you decide to change jobs?"
  • Coding:
    • Explaining the logic behind your solution during live coding sessions
    • Communicating your code algorithm to managers who aren’t coding experts
    • Providing constructive feedback on colleagues' non-scalable code
  • Leadership:
    • Presenting yourself effectively during random catch-ups at conferences
    • Delivering a technical speech at local meetups
    • Mentoring QA interns by breaking down complicated tasks into manageable steps
    • The experience authorization based on the STAR method
  • The Format
